Mr. Nel, our duty manager on the time of our check have the exceptional service to my family. It’s a pleasure to meet him, making our experience wonderful for 2 days. The place is clean, simple and nice. He gave us an upgrade on the dot after I disliked the room that I booked for 4 persons is smaller than I expected. All in all still thumbs up for the service and people and staff are friendly. Location wise, one of the best and provides me a 1 parking lot under ground which is one I expected to have, coz it’s difficult to find one for parking in BGC.

This hotel we stayed for 5 days was really nice we landed almost midnight and the assistant manager named Anna gustillio was very helpful and concern with our needs she stayed just to wait until we checked in and I really want to thank her this and one more thing she was really helpful and very prompt with my stay for 5 nights . I really recommend this hotel for people to stay especially in Bgc and I would come back again for sure thanks Anna gustillio ( assistant manager )

The manager I had to deal with wouldn’t return some of my messages. Manager was unhelpful, rude . Someone came inside our room while we were away without permission or any notice. This frightened my fiancé knowing the staff could get in at anytime. No locks on inside of door to keep safe while she was inside. No deadbolt, nothing. The rest of staff was nice and helpful but the manager in charge of our stay was not pleasant. We stayed in the last 6 weeks there at EG House, never again with several more 訂房網站s in near future planned. We alerted our friends not to stay or trust this place as well. I think the manager is new and is not manager ready. My opinion.
Best hotel experience in the Philippines!!! All of the WeChat communication was handled with care and precision. Water was plenty, tissues and towels was provided upon requests and use of swimming pool was great! They also give us breakfast in our door every morning. 5 star experience!

The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised "If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee" which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.
